​Seneca and our manufacturing partners are equipped with cutting-edge technological equipment to ensure quality control during the full production process. There is full traceability through all aspects of the supply chain; from raw materials to semi-finished to finished ​delivered ​products.

Seneca Rubber has a Quality Management System that is ISO 9001-2015 approved

All Seneca Rubber manufacturing partners maintain at least IATF-16949 approval.

We continuously invest in the installation and updating of machines dedicated to quality, which consists of:

• Visual inspection equipment (DOSS, Bassler, MicroView)

• Electronic control devices for reading the diameter of extruded tubes and rods

• Dynamometers

• Surface roughness testers

• Profile-o-meters

• Analytical scales

• Shore A and D durometer testers
